Cardio Sculpt with Julie Fridays | 9am-10:15 am in the Movement Studio $12 per class Cardio Sculpt offers an interval workout class that incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training, designed to help you burn calories and build muscle tone. We incorporate a step for exercises such as stepping and lunging, as well as various weights including dumbbells, kettlebells, and weighted barbells for added resistance training.

Lift & Pump Mondays 9am This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.
